WHAT DO I DO IF MY DISCOUNT CODE ISN'T WORKING?

I’M HAVING TROUBLE MAKING A PAYMENT

If you are having trouble completing your payment at our checkout, please check that you are entering your payment details exactly as they are shown on your debit or credit card. Please ensure that the billing address matches to where your card is registered.

If your card has been unexpectedly declined, we would advise you to contact your card issuer for clarification.

MY ORDER

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

When your order and payment goes through, you will be directed to a confirmation page. You will then receive an order confirmation email. It could take up to 20 minutes for the email to reach your inbox depending on your email provider. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking number. The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to check the whereabouts of your parcel.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible.

Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the details on the order.

Please contact us immediately on our customer services number +44 (0) 1452 687 834 and we will attempt to intercept it.

If we are unable to intercept it, you may return unworn products within 14 days from receipt of goods.

THERE IS AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER

Items can be dispatched from multiple locations, so they may arrive at different times.

If all expected deliveries have arrived but you are still missing part of your order, please contact help@durangoboots.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.

I’VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If you believe you have received the wrong item or an item in the incorrect size or colour, please contact help@durangoboots.co.uk. To help us investigate this quicker, please include the order number, images of the item you have received and an image of the inside label.

WHAT TO DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact help@durangoboots.co.uk to help us investigate this quicker, please include the order number, the name of the item, a description and images of the fault.

Please do not return your item before contacting help@durangoboots.co.uk as we are unable to credit postage costs. Please do not attempt to fix or repair the item as this will invalidate your warranty.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?

On occasion, we might find that the item you ordered is no longer available. In the rare occurrence that this happens, we will sadly have to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Your refund will show in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days as this depends on your bank’s processes.

You will receive an email notification with details of the cancellation.

DELIVERY INFO

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Saver Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days for mainland UK postal addresses.

Standard Delivery normally takes 1-3 working days for mainland UK postal addresses. Orders will need to be placed before 2pm Mon - Fri. Delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3-4 working days to arrive.

Express Delivery will normally arrive the next working day. This applies only to mainland UK postal addresses. To ensure next working day delivery, orders need to be placed before 4pm Mon - Fri. Next day delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3-4 working days to arrive.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking number. The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to check the whereabouts of your parcel.

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN MORE THAN ONE PARCEL?

If you order more than one item, they could be dispatched from different locations and therefore arrive at different times. You will receive dispatch notifications from the courier with tracking for each individual parcel.

The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to check the whereabouts of your parcel.

WHAT’S IMPORTANT ABOUT MEASUREMENTS?

TIPS FOR MEASUREMENT

Measure your feet regularly as they can change shape and size over time. Different styles use different lasts in construction therefore sizing may vary with a new style. Feet are 3-dimensional, any measuring device can only approximate your true size.

DO YOUR BOOTS COME IN HALF SIZES?

Currently most Durango Boots are offered in full sizes. Most people who wear half sizes choose to size up for a comfortable fit.

DO YOU HAVE BOOTS THAT FIT WIDE FEET?

Our boots come in standard width D.

ANYTHING ELSE

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

Our products are manufactured to the highest standard and quality checked throughout the process, and again prior to leaving the factory. We offer a limited one-year warranty for products purchased through our website www.durangoboots.co.uk

If you are having trouble signing into your account, make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with – you may have more than one account so please check. If you can’t remember your password, click on the ‘Forgot password’ link on the sign in page. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
